The Easton Business Centre is situated close to Junction 3 of the M32 which gives easy access to the city centre and the Motorway network. Temple Meads and Stapleton Road Stations are within easy reach.
From Junction 3 of the M32 take the A4320 towards Bath. At the first roundabout, turn left onto the A420. In 50m turn left into Croydon Street. At the end, turn right into Easton Road. in 50m take the 2nd left into Bannerman Road, and then 1st left into Felix Road. The entrance to Easton Business Centre is opposite Thomson Green on Felix Road.

The Old Library is located on Trinity Road between A432 Stapleton Road and A420 between the city centre and Lawrence Hill. The property sits in the area between Old Market, St Philips and Easton and is conveniently situated for the city centre and Temple Meads station.
Although there is no parking at the Old Library there is plenty of parking available nearby. Trinity Centre on the corner of Trinity Road offers parking places for rent from £4 per day. There is also unrestricted parking along nearby roads or 2 hour parking bays in various locations adjacent to the building as well as a number of multi-storey car parks within easy walking distance for visitors.
Bike racks are provided at the property along with shower facilities and we encourage all tenants to make use of the excellent public transport links, cycle routes and car share arrangements.
