The Easton Business Centre
Easton Business Centre has 2 rooms that are available for hire between the hours of 8am and 6pm by licensees and external organisations. Hire charges include tea and coffee, and we can arrange lunches on your behalf to suit your taste and budget.
The Conference Room in the Reception Building (pictured above) measures some 18' x 27' and has a capacity of 40 theatre style.
Included in the hire charge for The Conference Room, if you need them, are flipchart and pens, OHP and screen, TV, VHS and DVD players. There is also a wireless internet connection in the room. Please advise Reception of your requirements when you confirm your booking.

Hourly rate: £20.00 + Vat
Half day rate: £60.00 + Vat
Full day rate: £110.00 + Vat
The Meeting Room at 14' x 21' is ideal for up to 16 people, and the hire prices, which include the use of flipchart and pens, are as follows;
Hourly rate: £12.00 + Vat
Half day rate: £36.00 + Vat
Full day rate: £66.00 + Vat
The Old Library
The Old Library offers an attractive room which can be hired for meetings or training events. The room will seat up to 15 delegates comfortably around a modular boardroom style table. Teas and coffees are available and we can organise catering if booked in advance. Facilities are fully accessible to disabled visitors.

The Schoolhouse
The Schoolhouse offers a spacious and attractive venue for conferences, meetings and training events in a quiet location. The main room will seat up to 30 delegates in lecture theatre style or 20 seated comfortably around a boardroom table. The table is modular and can be arranged to suit the event. A further area for break-out sessions and an informal dining ara and kitchen are adjacent with a further seating area in the reception hall.
